IMAN Developers has officially broken ground on One Park Square, a highly anticipated AED 320 million mixed-use development in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). The 14th project in IMAN’s growing portfolio, One Park Square sold out within just four hours of its market launch—an extraordinary milestone that underscores the continued demand for the developer’s signature blend of luxury, design, and community-focused living.

Scheduled for completion in Q2 2028, One Park Square will rise 24 floors and include 266 residential units alongside retail offerings, blending modern urban living with natural elegance.
